Illustrative Use Notice

Important information about the synthetic data used in Mycelion's public demonstrations.

This notice is an operational draft and has not yet received legal review. All data, scores, entities, and scenarios presented in Mycelion's public demonstrations are synthetic, generalized, proposed, or publicly available. They were created for illustrative purposes only, do not represent any actual institution, individual, property, program, jurisdiction, or outcome, and must not be used as real results.

Why Synthetic Data?

Mycelion is a governance-first organization. We do not use real institutional data, personal information, or actual program records in our public demonstrations. Synthetic data allows us to show how MycelScore methodology works without exposing any real entity's information.

What Is Synthetic?

Entity names, property portfolios, participant profiles, program details, scores, indicators, gap analyses, policy bindings, and all dashboard content in our demonstrations are synthetic. Any resemblance to a real institution, individual, or program is coincidental and unintentional.

What Is Real?

The governance frameworks (MEOS), the Corporate Constitution articles, the founding principles, corporate identity facts (including Delaware formation), and the methodology behind MycelScore are real and accurately described. Policy and statute references are to actual governing instruments, cited for educational purposes only.

No Endorsement

Mycelion does not endorse, assess, or make claims about any actual institution. References to government agencies, statutes, or programs in demonstrations are for methodology illustration only. Mycelion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency mentioned.

No Decisions

MycelScore produces explainable recommendations for human review — it does not produce decisions. No score, dashboard, or insight on this website should be treated as an assessment, approval, denial, or determination about any actual entity.

Accuracy Commitment

If any synthetic data inadvertently resembles a real entity closely enough to cause confusion, please contact us. We will review and revise the content promptly. We design for correction — including in our own demonstrations.

Scope of This Notice

This notice applies to all public-facing content on myceliontech.com, including the Lewis Property Portfolio, HFP Reentry Initiative, and UNLV Affinity Group Portfolio demonstrations, and any future demonstrations added to this website.
